Choices and extras on an item (modifiers)
Offer options such as size, colour or add-ons that the cashier picks when selling.

A modifier is a choice or an extra that goes with an item. Examples: "cut to length", "gift wrap +2.00", "Small / Medium / Large", "extra cheese".
Modifiers are organised in groups. A group is one question with several possible answers.

Create a group
- Go to .
- Click Add Modifiers Group.
- Give the group a name.
- Set how many answers the cashier must or may pick: a minimum and a maximum. For "pick exactly one", set both to 1. For "pick any", set the minimum to 0.
- Add each modifier with its name and, if it costs extra, its price.
- Save.
Attach the group to an item
- Open the item from .
- Click Add Modifiers Group and choose the group.
Use it when selling
Add the item to the ticket, click the green pencil on its line, and pick the modifiers. Any extra price is added to the line. You can also type a one-off Custom Modifier there for something unusual.

shows how often each modifier was sold and how much it brought in.
