I forgot my password or username

Get back into your account in a couple of minutes.

Open this screen in Quid POS

Forgot your password

  1. Open the log in page.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Type your username (or the email address you signed up with).
  4. Click the button to send.
  5. Open your email. Find the message from Quid and click the link in it.
  6. Type a new password twice and save.
  7. Log in with the new password.

Forgot your username

  1. On the log in page, click Forgot Username?
  2. Type the email address you signed up with.
  3. Quid emails you your username.

The email does not arrive

  • Wait five minutes. Email is sometimes slow.
  • Look in your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Did you sign up with a different email address? Try that one.
  • Still nothing? Write to us from the email address on the account, or tell us your business name, and we will help.

You are a team member

Ask the owner or a manager. They can set a new password for you in TeamView Team.

Good to know

For your safety, Quid does not say whether a username or email exists. If you typed one that is not on file, no email is sent and no error is shown.
