Change your password or PIN

Set a new password, or a four-digit PIN for quick access.

Where to find it My AccountChange Password / PIN Open this screen in Quid POS
  1. Go to My AccountChange Password / PIN.
  2. Type your current password.
  3. Type the new password twice.
  4. Optional: type a four-digit PIN (numbers only). You can use the PIN instead of your password to unlock the screen, swap users and use the punch clock.
  5. Save.

A good password

  • At least 10 characters.
  • Not a word or date that people who know you could guess.
  • Different from the passwords you use on other websites.
  • An easy way: three unrelated words, such as river-candle-tuesday.
Careful

Quid staff will never ask for your password. If someone asks for it by phone, email or chat, do not give it.
