Share one screen: swap user and lock the screen

Change who is using the register in a few seconds, and lock the screen when you step away.

Open this screen in Quid POS

When several people share one tablet or computer, they should not have to log out and in again all day.

Swap to another team member

  1. Click the round picture at the top right.
  2. Click Swap Login.
  3. Choose your name and type your PIN (the four-digit code) or your password.

The screen stays where it was. Sales you make from now on are recorded under your name.

Lock the screen

Stepping away from the counter? Click the round picture, then Lock Screen. Quid hides everything until someone types their password or PIN.

Set or change your PIN

Go to My AccountChange Password / PIN. The PIN is four digits. Pick one that others cannot guess: not 1234 and not your birth year.
