Activity log: who did what, and when

A dated record of the important actions in your account.

Where to find it My AccountActivity Log Open this screen in Quid POS

Go to My AccountActivity Log.

The log lists actions in date order, with the name of the person who did each one. For example:

  • a register was started, taken over or closed,
  • a ticket was created, completed, deleted, voided or refunded,
  • an item, customer, supplier or team member was added or deleted,
  • a purchase order or bill was created or deleted.

Use it when you need to answer questions like "who voided that sale?" or "when was this item deleted?".

Tip

The log is only useful if each person has their own login. If everyone shares one, every line shows the same name. See Give a staff member their own login.
